The Winston Dobbins Old Geezer Network, a popular and rapidly growing phenomenon, is a virtual community organization in Lyons, New York. The Winston Dobbins Old Geezer Network group has become noticeably more active in their hometown community since the introduction of the Main Street Program to Lyons, the efforts of which are currently revitalizing both the look of downtown Lyons and the attitudes of its citizens. During Peppermint Days 2009 the Geezers held a reunion at Studebaker's Grille and the following introduction given at the occasion by Grand Poobah Andi Evangelist provides informative insight into the formation and current state of the Winston Dobbins' Old Geezer Network:

    I liked the letter that was written by Andrea Evangelist to Steven LeRoy, but there was 1 sentence that was incorrect. Allow me to clarify, he is NOT a good guy. He wouldn't know how to tell the truth if his life depended on it! He is a typical, self serving, dirty politician. Wayne County is in trouble if they don't get him out of there!
