The "Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables" van visited the Newark Farmers' Market on 30 July 2009. The Eat Well Play Hard Team was also on hand to promote local, seasonal fruits and veggies at the market!
Nutritionists with JSY (Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables) prepared a delicious recipe using seasonal produce. Those who stopped by the Veggie Van received a tasty sample and were able to bring home some recipe ideas their families are sure to love! http://www.jsyfruitveggies.org
