...please help us spread the word about the e-waste recycling event that is part of Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Energy Expo being held this Saturday, 24 October 2009.
In addition to the Energy Expo and eWaste Collection, the "Biketober" bike recycling (gently used – this isn’t a cash for clunker program) is a Park Presbyterian Church Green Team project going on all this month. Drop off bikes at the church on Sundays in October from 11:30 am -12:30 pm. Geneva Bike is refurbishing at no charge and the church donates them to the Red Cross and other community organizations. Last year was our first drive and we distributed over 50 bikes.
