Macedon Partners has been working very hard to light up the Village of Macedon, New York and to spread the joy of Christmas.  There are many activities to participate in and enjoy.  Here follows a list of events.

2009 Christmas in the Village

Friday, December 4th, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

• 11 am til… Soup, Sandwich and baked goods available through the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Have lunch and then shop the businesses for your holiday gifts.
• 9 am - 7 pm: Shopping Specials--visit all the Main Street businesses for one day specials and your free candy cane.
• 4 pm - 7 pm: Dinner Special at Lizzi’s Italian Deli. Come eat dinner before the tree lighting. How about this deal… for $4.95 you get homemade Baked Ziti and a meatball, salad and a roll.
• At Dark: The luminaries get lit and the Main Street Christmas Decorations are on and beautiful!
• 7:00 pm: Tree Lighting at 7 pm . Don’t be late! Cookies and cocoa served in Lizzi’s Deli.  
  

Saturday, December 5th, Noon - 9 pm

• Noon - 4pm: Special deals at Main Street Businesses. Deep discounts!
• 1 - 4 pm: Artisan Show at Books Etc. Gifts galore along with crafts and a book sale. Come have a cup of coffee or a Christmas Latte
  
• 6:30 til… American Legion (21 and over) Holiday Party (open to the public)
• Bartender Demonstrations on how to make the best holiday cocktails. Learn here and try them at home for your celebrations. Feature recipe will be the Candy Cane Martini.
• Bring an appetizer / dessert to share along with your recipe.
