German, French, Spanish and Tagalog Evenings are scheduled at Books, ETC. in Macedon. The purpose of these evenings is to give native speakers a chance to converse with others and to give those who are learning the language to practice speaking and hearing it. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to develop a better understanding of the language they are learning in the classroom.
Tuesday, 1 December 2009 at 7:00 PM, we will have a Filipino Night. On this evening, we will meet to practice speaking any of the Filipino Languages. There will be some very easy activities and a lot of easy conversation. This is free and open to the public. Anyone interested in using or bettering their knowledge of Tagalog, etc. is encouraged to come and enjoy the fun. We will meet at Books, ETC., 78 W Main St., Macedon.
