CU Service Centers Introduce a 24/7 Call Center
We’re excited to announce that Reliant members now have account access to a 24/7 call center through CU Service Centers, in addition to the branch sharing service already provided through CU Service Centers.
Simply by calling 1-888-837-6500, you will be able to speak to a live person. You will be able to request account balances, thirty-day transaction histories, and make transfers between share, checking and loan accounts within the same account number.
This added convenience is available to Reliant members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 363 days a year (closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving.)
