The Good Old Days Country Shop, located along the Seaway Trail in the Historic Hamlet of Pultneyville, has re-opened for the season with the launch of their Spring Open House on 26 March 2010. Every year the Good Old Days closes for the winter and re-opens again in the Spring with a Bang! The shop is filled with florals, iron, and everything Spring.
Good Old Days Country Shop is a unique and charming shop specializing in things old, things remembered, and things from the good old days. We achieve this by mixing new home furnishings with old antiques. Our 5000 sq ft 2 floor antique building is overflowing with wonderful antiques and country accessories for your home.
We are located at the "V" in the road as you come into Pultneyville from Williamson and are open every day--Monday through Friday from 11 am - 5 pm, Saturday from 10 am - 5 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm - 5 pm. I remember going to this store when I was a kid. It kept me interested as a small child. I can remember my favorite part was at the end of our shopping when I was allowed to get a flavored candy cane stick. I look forward to going back as an adult to decorate our new home. : )
