This year's key speakers are:
- Marcia Dixon, Medical Herbalist, business owner, and lecturer from Toronto, ON. She will be speaking on "How to relieve stress and anxiety using herbs".
- Julie Mitchell, Medical Herbalist and American Herbalist Guild member from Vermont. She will be speaking about herbal hydrosals, making and using them.
- Chef Kevin McMaster will demonstrate how to cook with this wonderful herb and will be sure to offer some tasty samples!
- Arleen Hodge, Owner of Cranberry Creek Herbs in Avon, NY. She will be speaking about growing and using Lavender.
- Cathy Maletta, herbal tea consultant. She will be speaking about many different varieties of herbal tea.

I made a stop to Ol'Factory Soaps in December 2009 and found some great Christmas gifts there. A great hand-made soap shop with other country-style items on a beautiful farm property!
