“Find Your Happy Place” with Trail Works, Inc. at our 2010 National Trails Day Celebration
When: Saturday, 5 June 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
Where: Savannah, New York
Fitting right in with this year’s theme, we will start the day by joining Mural Mania and the Savannah Chamber of Commerce for the dedication of the mural newly installed on the Savannah Bank at 1565 Main Street.
There are now 70 miles of murals on the Erie Canal from Palmyra to Syracuse! Bring your bike and ride with us to the Howland Island Wildlife Management Area after the dedication ceremony. It is 2 miles from the village to the access road on Carncross Road. We’ll tour the island briefly for a total round trip of 10 to 12 miles. Hikers are encouraged to drive to the Carncross Road parking area and enjoy a walk.
