Caregiver – Make Choices About Your Treatment – Talk to Your Doctor About Your Health – Meet Personal GoalsRetired Seniors and Volunteer Program will be teaching this 2 ½ hour session, one time a week, for 6 weeks at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 102 Hope Ave, Newark, NY.
