Local harvests of late summer fruits and veggies are at their peak in September. Be sure to purchase your produce for canning, freezing and fresh eating each Saturday morning from 7:30 to 11 a.m. by the Lyons Village Park. Frozen free-range chicken, eggs, baked goods, cut flowers, fried dough, honey and crafts are also available from our many local vendors.
Look for the following entertainment and featured groups:
9/4 - Music by Jim Murphy, bake sale by St. Michael's
9/11 - Music by Jim Murphy, bake sale by Lyons Methodists
9/18 - Music by Loose Canons, bake sale by Lyons Main Street Program, cake raffle
9/25 - Music by DJ Stephanie Knarr, bake sale by Eureka Grange
WIC coupons are accepted by participating farmers. Bring the family and make new friends. Eat local and eat better!
