The Newark Garden Club's 2nd annual "Pumpkin Walk" will be held on Saturday, October 23rd from 6-8:30 pm in Newark's Perkins Park. Please enter using the Elmwood Ave. entrance. Anyone may enter a carved or decorated pumpkin for judging in this community event. Bring it to the Perkins Park Gazebo at the Elmwood Ave. entrance between 3-5 pm.
The walk is planned as a family activity. Donation: $1 single or $3 family. Refreshments will be offered. For more information contact Bonnie Henry, 331-4611 or email Linda Werts, lwerts@aol.com.
