While walking into Newark yesterday to run some errands and then returning home by walking along the canal towards Lyons before crossing the canal again near the county highway barns in order to arrive home (Marbletown) before 'sundown; I had the following 'vision' regarding the Wayne County Supervisors decision to drop the Hotchkiss upgrades. It is my attempt to add a little humor, regardless of which side of the issue you personally support. Enjoy!
