The Lyons Heritage Society will hold their March 21st meeting at 7:00 pm at the Lyons Public Library. The presentation will include Don Tiffany, Phelps Town historian, and Carol Conklin, Phelps Historical Society member, as the featured speakers. Mr. Tiffany will be concentrating on the Westfall Cemetery (South Lyons Cemetery) which was originally in the town of Phelps, and Mrs. Conklin will discuss the care of headstones, state regulations, and the new Green movement. In addition, George and Ellie Bump of Lyons, will speak about their present job of caretaking responsibilities in South Lyons Cemetery.
