An Open House took place from Noon to 4:30 PM on Saturday, June 25 at the 1816 Museum on Sheldon Road at the corner of Route 8 in Farmington. The Farmington Friends Meeting House graciously allowed us to use their building, and the 52 people came to share in this day with us.

Christopher Densmore, Curator of the Archives, Friends Historical Library at Swarthmore College was the esteemed speaker. Music was provided by the Lyric Academy of Music. Also highlighting this community event was June Hamell, Macedon Town Historian with an exhibit entitled: John Lapham Bullis: Quaker Soldier and the Civil War, Buffalo Soldiers and Seminole Indian Scouts. The Elizabeth Cady Stanton Foundation and the Farmington Friends Meeting graciously supported this event!
