What: 2nd Annual School’s Out Celebration at Long Acre Farms
Long Acre Farms celebrates the start of summer vacation again this year with activities in their “Back 40” including a Jumping Pillow, Traverse Climbing Wall, Giant Sandbox, Giant Slide, new Spiderweb and more. The $8 General admission ticket includes all Back 40 activities as well as Hayrides and a special performance by the Bubbleman!
Doug Rougeux, the Bubbleman!, will present Bubbling, Juggling and Mime at 1:30pm. This is a 45-minute show with comedy, juggling, miming, and giant soap bubbles choreographed to music. More info on Doug at www.bubblemania.com/doug.
Wayne County Health will be at Long Acre Farms’ event from 11am-2pm promoting bicycle safety with free helmets. Additional attractions include face painting ($1-$3) and gemstone panning ($5-$10). Food is available for purchase at the Grill, the Sweet Cone Shop and the Snack Shack by the Ticket Booth featuring summertime favorites like Cotton Candy and Kettle Corn.
