Mid-Summer Soirée - Blue Grass Concert and Wine & Cheese Tasting
On Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm at Heritage Square Museum, 7147 Ontario Center Road, Ontario, NY The Blue Ridge Country Ramblers from Rochester, NY will be performing from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm for your listening enjoyment. Please bring a chair or blanket for your comfort. Music sponsored in part by business owners of the Town of Ontario: Lyons National Bank, Choice One Motorsports, Inc., The Original Door Store and Elias Konstantinou, D.D.S., Konstantinou’s Restaurant and Konstantinou’s Liquor Store.
The Ontario Historical Society will also be showcasing local wineries from the Lake Ontario Wine Trail. You will be able to taste a variety of their wines free of charge. Wine will be available for purchase by the bottle. Cheese Trail people will have samples to temp your taste buds. For the sweet tooth in the crowd there will be ice cream with toppings available for purchase.
Guided Museum tours are scheduled for 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm. The gift shop will be open in the Train Station during the entire event.
Saturday, July 30, 2011, 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm, rain or shine. This is no admission charge for the Soiree. A donation to the Ontario Food Pantry of a canned good or a personal or household product would be most welcome.

Heritage Square Museum is located at Brick Church Corners, 7147 North Ontario Center, Ontario, New York. This 13-acre site includes nine historic buildings such as a one-room schoolhouse, log cabin, ore miner’s house, Baptist meeting house, jail, apple drying building, train station and gift shop, sponsored by the Ontario Historical and Landmark Preservation Society.
From Rochester travel 104 East, turn left (north) onto Ontario Center Road and continue to the corner of Brick Church Road. Look for the sign on the left. Please park behind the Hojack Train Station by entering from Brick Church Road west of Ontario Center Road.
