New Dance Studio in Palmyra, New York

A new dance studio, Palmyra In Motion, opened its doors on 1 August 2011 and is located at 112 Fayette Street in the Village of Palmyra.

The building in which Palmyra In Motion is located has been vacant for over 10 years. The building is the former hardware store and  a cigar factory.

We currently have instructors who teach Zumba, Yoga, and Turbokick. The studio was renovated with lots of thought to details; the restroom is a zen-like facility--the room has special lighting, and the floor was built with special underlayment for shock obsorption.

Anyone who wants to try a class is welcome to come on those scheduled times that are listed on our website at www.palmyrainmotion.com. We also offer tours of the building and the dance studio.
