Nov 6 – Joy Underhill and Holly Hunter: On Sunday, November 6 at 4:00 PM, A Poetry Reading by Joy Underhill and Holly Hunter at Books, ETC. Joy Underhill is the author of an award-winning technical reference and a humorous dog-training book. Her poetry has appeared in local and regional publications. Joy is a frequent contributor to Life in the Finger Lakes magazine and specialty publications for the Democrat & Chronicle. Molly Hunter Giles has published juvenile and adult short stories, hundreds of articles for MPM, and poems in such journals as Poetry East, Passages North, The Literary Review, and Free Lunch. Both of these poets are local Rochester poets. This event is free and open to the public at Books, ETC., 78 W. Main St., Macedon, NY.
