On Monday, December 12, 2011, the Palmyra Historic Preservation Commission proudly presented Murray Gould, owner of Port City Preservation LLC, Oswego, as featured speaker in its 9th Period History Class series.
Mr. Gould is a consultant and developer with experience and expertise in his subject for the evening, NYS Rehabilitation Tax Credits. His presentation walked the audience through the eligibility requirements and process for application. A lively question and answer session followed.
