On Tuesday, November 29, 2011, local and Wayne County officials joined Dr. Chester Scerra to welcome Dr. Scerra and Palmyra Family Eye Care to the Village of Palmyra. Dr. Scerra invites residents of Palmyra and the region to stop in and tour his newly remodeled site at 603 East Main Street and to meet the staff. New patients are welcome.
