“Home of the 31 Burger and the Belt Buster”
Justin had a dream to open his own restaurant. With determination and the help of his family, his dream came through when he opened his new diner in the Village of Macedon at 108 Main Street.
Justin’s 31 Diner is a family affair. When you arrive, his family greets you. Scott (father/cook) takes the bus in daily to open up and never complains. Justin is attending Monroe Community College and has just finished his first semester. He can be found at the restaurant on school vacations and weekends.
What is so unique about this restaurant is that it brings you back in time when you would go to a downtown eatery. And of course, it is personal because it is a family business. The Village of Macedon welcomes them along with all the present business owners that are in our Main Street business district. Each business brings a personal, quaint and caring touch to all of our lives.
Here are some examples of the specialties you can get at the diner.
The 31 Burger: a hand pressed, juicy, flavorable 2-1/3 lbs burger, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato on a Kaiser roll with fries $5.99. The Belt Buster: 1/3 lb. Hand pressed burger, 4 slices of roasted pork, 4 slices of shaved ham, 3 slices of bacon, 2 pieces of cheese, topped with one zwiegle red hot, lettuce, tomato and either cole slaw or sauerkraut with fries $ 9.50 or w/o fries $8.50. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich, homemade Chicken and Biscuits and the Ham and Cheese omelet will truly satisfy your palate.
Stop by and enjoy this wonderful family diner with food that is tasty, family affordable and proven Palmers quality. Everything is homemade with a twist of southern cooking, including daily specials of homemade desserts. Affordable prices starting at $2.00. You have the choice of dining in or take out.
Justin’s 31 Diner is open 7 days a week from 6am-3pm and Friday’s till 8pm. Breakfast and Lunch are served all day, with Friday’s fish fry that melts in your mouth.
