Assemblyman and Ranking Minority Ways and Means Committee Member Robert Oaks (R,C-Macedon) has scheduled a series of town meetings in the 128th Assembly District that will be open to the public. Residents from throughout the district, which encompasses all of Wayne and parts of Cayuga and Oswego counties are invited to attend the meetings.
“These meetings are open forums for residents of the district to voice their concerns about state issues,” Oaks said.
The meeting schedule is as follows:
  • Thursday, Feb. 23
    • 6 p.m. – Hannibal Municipal Building, 834 Route 34, Hannibal
    • 7:30 p.m. – Sterling Town Hall, 1290 Route 104A
  • Saturday, Feb. 25
    • 9 a.m. – Mentz Town Hall, 14 Mentz Drive, Port Byron
    • 11 a.m. – Clyde Municipal Building, 6 South St.
    • 1 p.m. – Newark Municipal Building, 100 E. Miller St.
    • 3 p.m. – Williamson Town Hall, 6380 Route 21
Assemblyman Oaks holds town meetings throughout the 128th Assembly District to hear constituent concerns and opinions on various issues related to state government. He also provides updates on the legislative session in Albany.
