Senator Nozzolio Meets With New York American Legion Commander Michael Bowen Following Annual American Legion Breakfast
Following the American Legion’s annual breakfast at the State Capitol today, Senator Nozzolio met with New York American Legion Commander Michael Bowen of Waterloo and Legion Post 463 Commander Fred Percy of Ovid. They discussed a number of important issues relating to services and outreach for our veterans, including the ongoing operation of the Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Seneca County, which Senator Nozzolio helped to create with support from Commander Bowen and other American Legion and V.F.W. leaders.
Commander Bowen presented Senator Nozzolio with a special American Legion license plate and pin in recognition of his commitment to our veterans and their families.
