NY-PA Byway Leader Application Now Open

Great Lakes Seaway Trail, NY and PA – The Great Lakes Seaway Trail has announced its search for a new President and CEO to continue development of tourism and travel-related economic initiatives for the 518-mile leisure driving route in New York and Pennsylvania. 


Among the travel themes for the National Scenic Byway that includes Niagara Falls, the 1000 Islands and the Erie PA Bayfront are maritime history, lighthouses and shipwrecks; water recreation; War of 1812 military history, birding and nature, and quilting as cultural heritage. The byway route includes Wayne County among its 10 New York counties and one Pennsylvania county.
