Saturday, May 19th - Open House at Macedon Academy featuring New York State Author, Katie Aldridge and her book, 'NO FREEDOM SHRIEKER," a translation of The Civil War Letters of Union Soldier, Charles Biddlecom. Stephen Lewandowski will also reflect upon his personal experience as a Conscientious Objector. Discussion focusing upon war and resistance will follow.
This program is being co-sponsored by the 1816 Farmington Quaker Meetinghouse Museum. The Macedon Historical Society, The Wayne County Historian's office and Historians, Books, ETC. and The Farmington Historical Society. June Hamell, Macedon Historian and Margaret Hartsough, Farmington Historian will also be there. If you have questions - please bring them.
