Oct 20 – Bea Ganley on the Mohican Nation: On Saturday, October 20 at 2:00 PM, Beatrice Ganley on the Mohican Nation at Books, ETC. Beatrice Ganley has been visiting and working with the members of the Mohican nation in Wisconsin for more that 25 years. She will share what she has learned about the effects of colonialism and the persistent endurance of cultural values in spite of many forces working against them. Beatrice is a Sister of St. Joseph, an educator and poet recently retired from Nazareth College. This event is free and open to the public. We will meet at Books, ETC., 78 W Main St., Macedon.
