Oct 14 - Wanda Schubmehl and Karen Kalb Anderson: On Sunday, October 14 at 4:00 PM, at Books, ETC., Wanda Schubmehl and Karen Kalb Anderson will read their poetry. Wanda's poetry has appeared in Rattle, writer-on-line.com, Ghoti, and The Centrifugal Eye. She was recently invited to participate as a poet for the Women in Music Festival at the Eastman School of Music. Karen Kalb Anderson has been wishing she were a poet since her youth. Whenever she's at home on the right night (not often enough), she mostly listens to the poetry of Wanda Schubmehl and others in the working poets' group that's been her poetic anchor and inspiration for many years. This event is free and open to the public. We will meet at Books, ETC., 78 W Main St., Macedon.
