The Newark-Arcadia Historical Society will be hosting a Holiday Open House this Sunday (December 2nd) from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The Marbletown Schoolhouse will feature about nine vendors in arts & crafts, holiday items and there will be a Bake Sale! Perfect timing for some great cookies for holiday parties.
Shop in the warmth of the original wood-stove in this charming brick 1876 one-room school. Proceeds benefit projects at the schoolhouse.
The Newark-Arcadia Museum will feature old-fashioned holiday decorations along with holiday music by pianist Mary Smith! Check out the exhibit, "Shoes, Shops & Sidewalk Sales - Downtown: As Time Goes By". Some new artifacts and photos have been added since it opened in June.
