The Tasha Tudor Museum Society has announced that the first New York Chapter of their Society has formed in Macedon. Tasha Tudor's Summer Surprise will be held at the Macedon Library's lovely Community Room on Saturday, August 23rd - 11:00 until 3:00. The Macedon Garden Club will turn the room into an indoor garden, and guests are coming from near and far to honor Tasha's life. We will be celebrating in joy all of the goodness she shared through her writings, her art and her genuine love for the lifestyle she chose. There will be a luncheon, shared memories, a "Photographer Royale", the "Take Joy" video and a guest speaker - Martha Ihrman of Corgi fame (perhaps one of her beautiful puppies will accompany her), gifts in several forms and shared closing stories.
