Letter to the Editor
As my family and I prepare to ring in the New Year, we pause to give thanks for our blessings and reflect on the year that was 2016. I want to express my gratitude to the residents of our great region for entrusting me to represent you in the New York State Senate and be a strong voice for the region.
Over the last eight months my husband Gary and I have traveled throughout the vast six-county 54th Senate District and met with wonderful individuals, business owners, advocates, community leaders and elected officials. I am humbled by the overwhelming support I have received and am truly honored to have your support and encouragement.
With the new year set to begin, I look forward to continue meeting with residents and businesses from around the region while working to provide exceptional constituent service. Your input and feedback makes me a stronger lawmaker and will help me be a better advocate for local families and businesses.
