Once again, the Newark Rotary Club is sponsoring a Chicken Bar-B-Q. The date is Sunday, October 8, from 10:30 to 2:30.Tickets are $10, available that day, or from any Rotarian.
As with all Newark Rotary fundraising, there is a purpose. 100% of the proceeds from this bar-b-que will go directly to Laurel House Comfort Care Home, under construction at 224 Fair Street, Newark.
Newark Rotary has designated Laurel House as a major recipient of funds raised in the 2017-2018 Rotary year and will be the benefactor of a room at the home.
